We want every student to feel confident when enrolling. That’s why we keep our refund policy simple, fair, and fully transparent.

1. 48\-Hour Full Refund Guarantee

  • You can request a 100% refund within 48 hours of successful payment.
  • Condition: You must have viewed less than 10% of the purchased course content (progress is tracked automatically).

2. Refund Amount

  • You will receive back the exact amount you paid.
  • Only non\-refundable payment\-gateway/bank charges and local taxes will be deducted, if applicable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Choose one of the following methods:

When contacting, mention your Order ID and write “Refund Request”. Refunds are processed within 3\u20137 working days directly to your original payment method.

4. No Refund Cases

  • After 48 hours from purchase
  • If more than 10% of the course has been accessed
  • After the 3\-month access period ends
  • No partial or pro\-rated refunds

5. Cancellation by Neuro Panacea

We may cancel any enrolment and issue an immediate full refund if:

  • Payment fraud is detected
  • Violation of Terms of Service occurs
  • Technical error on our side

6. Chargeback Policy

Filing an unjustified chargeback will result in permanent account suspension and loss of course access.
